Series A Convertible Preferred Stock

On June 25, 2020, Covetrus, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a dividend of $8.653846 per share, payable on June 30, 2020, to holders of record of shares of the Company’s 7.50% Series A Convertible Preferred Stock at the close of business on June 19, 2020.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. PORTLAND, Maine - June 25, 2020 - Covetrus™ (NASDAQ: CVET), a global leader in animal-health technology and services, announced today its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to holders of its 7.50% Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of $8.653846 per share payable on June 30, 2020 to holders of record on June 19, 2020.
