The rescheduled date will provide the Company, together with its independent accounting firm and transaction legal and financial advisors, with more time to complete and review the financial statement consolidation in order to file the first quarter 2019 10-Q simultaneously with the first quarter 2019 earnings release, which the Company believes is best practice.
