Benjamin Wolin
President and Chief Executive Officer
Benjamin Wolin is the president and chief executive officer of Covetrus. Previously, Wolin was the CEO and co-founder of Everyday Health, Inc., a communications and marketing platform for consumers, doctors and healthcare companies, and a member of its board of directors for 14 years. He received his B.A. in history from Bowdoin College.
Mike Ellis
Executive Vice President and President, Europe
Mike Ellis leads Covetrus’ European business. He has held previous positions as CFO, general manager, vice president, and president of Europe at Henry Schein Animal Health at Henry Schein. Michael is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant, FCMA, and has a diploma in business studies from Sheffield University. 
Dustin K. Finer
Chief Administrative Officer
Dustin K. Finer leads the global human resources, information technology and legal operations groups at Covetrus. Finer joined Covetrus from TiVo/Rovi where he served for more than six years—most recently, as chief administrative and internal operations officer overseeing information technology, human resources, customer care, facilities and communications. Prior to his time at TiVo and Rovi, Finer was the chief of operations for MySpace overseeing various corporate functions as well as having p&l responsibility for the international businesses. Finer received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California at San Diego and a Juris Doctorate from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific.
Matthew Foulston
Global Chief Financial Officer
Matthew Foulston oversees the finance organization at Covetrus. He brings considerable depth and a range of experience from his roles in global distribution- and manufacturing-oriented companies. Over the years, Foulston has served in a number of roles in technical, strategic and operational finance capacities and, more recently, was the chief financial officer for Treehouse Foods and Compass Minerals, both of which are publicly traded companies. Foulston spent the earlier part of his career in the automotive industry at Ford, Mazda and Navistar. Matthew holds a BSc In Economics from Loughborough University in the UK. 
David Hinton
Executive Vice President and President, APAC and Emerging Markets

David Hinton leads Covetrus’ APAC & Emerging Markets business, as well as the company’s global sourcing. Previously, David was vice president and managing director at ANZ and vice president and managing director of UK, Ireland and France at Henry Schein Animal Health. David holds a post graduate diploma in management studies, and a diploma in marketing from the University of the West of England.

Matthew Malenfant
President, North America
Matthew Malenfant oversees the Covetrus North America distribution business. Matt is a proven leader in the life science, healthcare and packaging industries, and an expert in distribution and supply chain businesses. The majority of his career has been spent in the healthcare sector, including American Hospital Supply, Baxter Healthcare and VWR International, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and operations, culminating as president of the Americas. Prior to joining Covetrus, Matt was CEO of Saxco International, a leader in the packaging sector for beverage products. Matt holds a B.A. in Broadcast Communication and a BSc in Marketing Management from Arizona State University. 
Ditte Marstrand Wulf
Global Chief Human Resources Officer
Ditte Marstrand Wulf is the global chief human resources officer. She has more than 20 years of experience in leading HR strategy for global companies across multiple industries, including BMI Ltd, RSA Ltd, Microsoft Inc. and Arrow Electronics Inc. Ditte’s background and expertise are in areas of change management, M&A, team development, human resource strategy, and diversity and inclusion strategy. Ditte holds a B.Sc. in economics and business administration and a M.Sc. in human resource management from the Copenhagen Business School of Economics. 
Steve Palmucci
Global Chief Information Officer
As the most senior technology executive at Covetrus, Steve Palmucci leads the company’s global information technology operations. Steve is a technology strategist with a track record of helping insurance, pharmaceutical, media, entertainment and technology companies meet evolving business and customer demands in the digital age. Prior to joining Covetrus, Steve held CIO and senior IT executive roles in both public and private companies of varying sizes including SunGard, Chubb Insurance and TiVo. Steve holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from The Catholic University of America, and an M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University. 
Jamey Seely
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Jamey Seely leads the global legal team at Covetrus and brings international business and legal experience, including national private law firm and public company general counsel experience, within the energy, manufacturing and technology industries. Her specialties include securities, board governance & compensation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and project development, along with human resource matters and high-risk litigation management. Jamey is a dedicated and passionate mentor for her team members, organizations and community. She has long advocated for diversity and inclusivity within the workplace. Over the past decade, Jamey has committed to developing and supporting career growth opportunities for diverse individuals, both lawyers and business leaders alike and currently serves as a director on the board for the of the Denver LGBT Bar Association, the Women’s Foundation of Colorado, the General Counsel Mentoring Program and the small business advisory board for the Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Jamey is a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Baylor University. She holds a Professional Certificate in Energy Innovation & Emerging Technologies from Stanford University.
Georgina Wraight
Executive Vice President and President, Global Technology Solutions
Georgia Wraight, based in the U.S., leads Covetrus' technology solutions teams around the globe. She drives the innovation, development and extension of our tech-enabled platform of complementary products and services. This platform supports the business side of veterinary practices, enabling the practice to retain more time to practice medicine and care for their clients and their animals. Prior to her current position, Georgia served as president and COO for Vets First Choice, which merged with Henry Schein Animal Health in 2019 to create Covetrus. Georgia has more than 20 years’ experience in finance and operations at multi-national companies like the The Rockport Group, Ernst & Young, Walt Disney and the BBC. During her tenure as COO for The Rockport Group, she developed the operational strategy for global expansion and led the global “carve out” from Adidas.
