Benjamin Wolin
President and Chief Executive Officer
Benjamin Wolin is the president and chief executive officer of Covetrus. Previously, Wolin was the CEO and co-founder of Everyday Health, Inc., a communications and marketing platform for consumers, doctors and healthcare companies, and a member of its board of directors for 14 years. He received his B.A. in history from Bowdoin College.
Erin Powers Brennan
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Erin Powers Brennan is the senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary at Covetrus. She also served as general counsel of Vets First Choice. Prior to Vets First Choice, Erin was a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a law firm. She holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School, an M.A. in law and diplomacy from the Tufts University Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and a B.A. in government and Latin American studies from Scripps College.
Michael Ellis
Executive Vice President and President, Europe and North America
Michael Ellis leads Covetrus’ European and North America business. He has held previous positions as CFO, general manager, vice president, and president of Europe at Henry Schein Animal Health at Henry Schein. Michael is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant, FCMA, and has a diploma in business studies from Sheffield University.
Dustin K. Finer
Chief Administrative Officer
Dustin K. Finer leads the global human resources, information technology and legal operations groups at Covetrus. Finer joined Covetrus from TiVo/Rovi where he served for more than six years—most recently, as chief administrative and internal operations officer overseeing information technology, human resources, customer care, facilities and communications. Prior to his time at TiVo and Rovi, Finer was the chief of operations for MySpace overseeing various corporate functions as well as having p&l responsibility for the international businesses. Finer received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California at San Diego and a Juris Doctorate from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific.
Stuart Gleichenhaus
Interim Chief Financial Officer
Stuart Gleichenhaus is the interim chief financial officer of Covetrus. He has been a senior managing director at FTI Consulting, Inc. since 2007. Stuart has more than thirty-six years of experience in finance-based roles in a number of different industries, including health care and distribution. He is the co-leader of the Merger Integration & Carve-outs practice and one of the senior leaders of the Office of the CFO Solutions practice at FTI Consulting. Since joining FTI Consulting, he has been the chief financial officer of Lineage Power Corporation, Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., DAKINE, Inc., ANGUS Chemical Company, AgroFresh Solutions, Inc., ATW, Inc. and Carestream Dental LLC and the treasurer of Trinseo S.A., among other assignments. Stuart holds a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
David Hinton
Executive Vice President and President, APAC and Emerging Markets

David Hinton leads Covetrus’ APAC & Emerging Markets business, as well as the company’s global sourcing. Previously, David was vice president and managing director at ANZ and vice president and managing director of UK, Ireland and France at Henry Schein Animal Health. David holds a post graduate diploma in management studies, and a diploma in marketing from the University of the West of England.

Timothy Ludlow
Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer
Timothy Ludlow is the senior vice president and chief transformation officer at Covetrus. He previously served as CFO, then as chief integration and transformation officer, at Vets First Choice. Before Vets First Choice, Timothy was also CFO of Pine State Trading Company, a beverage distribution company, and, senior vice president and treasurer of C&S Wholesale Grocers. He is a qualified UK accountant, FCCA.
Anthony Providenti
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Anthony Providenti is the senior vice president of corporate development at Covetrus. Before that, Anthony served in a number of positions at Henry Schein, including vice president of corporate business development group, and vice president of strategy and development at Global Animal Health Group. He has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. in accounting from Lehigh University.
Georgina Wraight
Executive Vice President and President, Global Technology Solutions
Georgina “Georgia” Wraight leads global technology and practice management strategy for Covetrus overseeing the global technology solutions team. Prior to her current position, Georgia served as president and COO for Vets First Choice, which merged with Henry Schein Animal Health in 2019 to create Covetrus. Georgia has more than 20 years’ experience in finance and operations at multi-national companies like the The Rockport Group, Ernst & Young, Walt Disney and the BBC. During her tenure as COO for The Rockport Group, she developed the operational strategy for global expansion and led the global “carve out” from Adidas. Her expertise lies in helping companies expand their operations into cross-border markets.
